What skills and experience we're looking for

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Malet Lambert School in the newly created post of HR Manager, who will be responsible for leading the provision of a high quality, efficient day-to-day HR service and act as the trusted advisor for the school.

The successful candidate will work autonomously to deliver a complete HR service to the school, with access to advice and support from senior HR colleagues in the central team. The postholder will foster effective relationships across the school to develop trust and credibility, in particular with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful postholder must hold a minimum of a CIPD L5 (or equivalent) qualification.
