HR Manager job summary
The role will involve:
- Administration of all staff recruitment
- Maintaining the personnel database in Access People
- Maintaining the Single Central Record
- Carry out probationary review and return to work meetings
The successful applicant will:
- be an experienced and/or professionally qualified HR professional
- have excellent communication skills, and able to deal with staff with tact, diplomacy and discretion
- have proficient IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS packages including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

The role is based in the Trust Central Team at Earley St Peter’s CE Primary School and there will be a requirement to travel to the schools across the Wokingham/Bracknell area.
