Actual Salary | £27,407 - £31,221, based on 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year |
Working Hours | Full time, 37 per week - Part time considered for the right candidate |
We are looking for a talented individual who can:
- Support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Trust
- Be the point of contact for HR, recruitment and payroll for the Academy
- Bring enthusiasm and commitment to deliver high standards, supporting our Trust's aim to educate, nuture and empower
- Be organised with the ability to work to tight timescales.
You will be:
- A quick learner who can apply their administrative experience within a HR payroll context
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual with a commitment to customer care and service.
- A team-player who can develop positive relationships with colleagues
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
