About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the post holder will be responsible for administration of accurate and effective HR processes and transactions as well as effective HR database management.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding and experience of administration and database management, preferably in a HR setting. An understanding of HR processes would be helpful but not essential. Success in post will be driven by a candidate who is logical, has excellent attention to detail and works proactively to achieve set deadlines.
This role will be of particular interest to someone who is wanting to begin or develop their career and experience in HR. Full training and development in post and in the profession can be offered for the right candidate. Likewise, this role would also suit an experienced and dedicated administrator.
This role is being offered on a full-time basis, however consideration will be given to alternative working patterns for the right candidate.

What we are looking for
Experience managing a HRIS, and building queries and reports
Computer literacy, with proficiency in HRIS
Analytical skills with the ability to collate and present data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
