Human Resources Administrator job summary
Coombe Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an administrator to join their busy Human Resources service. The team sits within the heart of the Trust, providing HR support to our staff, schools, Headteachers, Trustees and executive leadership team.
Coombe Academy Trust is a successful and collaborative multi academy trust consisting of three Nursery and primary Schools, two Secondary Schools and a central team. Coombe Academy Trust schools are based in the Royal borough of Kingston upon Thames and work as one entity to provide opportunities for both our pupils and staff. We are looking for a diligent and committed HR administrator to support our 2 Co Directors of People. The role will involve providing administrative support across a variety of HR functions and will be an integral part of the HR service to the Trust and our schools.
The successful candidate will be a proficient administrator who is able to work well under pressure and is able to adapt to the changing needs of the team. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have experience of working within an HR setting and have an understanding of HR principles and practice, however training can be provided for the right person. Excellent levels of communication, attention to detail and accuracy are a prerequisite for this role.

Coombe Academy Trust is a well-established, respected multi academy trust (MAT) which comprises three Nursery and Primary Schools, two Secondary Schools and a joint Sixth Form, with over 3450 children and young people. In addition, within our schools we have five Specialist Resource Provisions from nursery through to Key Stage Four for pupils with Autism, severe learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, hearing loss and speech and language and communication needs.
Coombe Trust has a balance of academies at different starting points in their journey of improvement, therefore creating effective capacity for sponsorship.
