We are seeking to appoint an experienced and accomplished HR Administrator to join our Trust. This post is a key role, supporting the Human Resources Team by providing transactional and operational advice, support and guidance to our employees and leadership team. The successful Human Resources Administrator will be able to support the Human Resources Manager with updating, streamlining and embedding practices within a busy HR office environment.
You will also assist the Human Resources Manager in providing operational support and take action on HR matters. You will have strong administration skills and be able to produce accurate work, deal with payroll administration and employee relations issues when required. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and are able to work with tact and discretion within a human resources environment. You will be confident, have excellent organisational skills and be a strong team player. HR administrative work experience within the education sector is highly desirable.

If you are able to demonstrate the following skills and experience please apply:
Highly desirable - CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR or above
Must have previous administrative experience or similar work environment, ideally in HR
Knowledge and experience of Employment law, HR policies and procedures.
Working knowledge and experience of providing support, advice and guidance to staff and leadership regarding HR matters within the education sector is highly desirable but not essential.
Good working knowledge and experience of payroll administration within the education sector highly desirable.
The successful candidate should have a commitment to the Trust and community ethos.
