About the role
We are seeking to appoint an HR Apprentice to be part of our Trust HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and HR and Payroll Co-Ordinator , the postholder is responsible for delivering a range of HR, payroll and recruitment services. The postholder will be a member of the central Trust HR team with a focus on providing outstanding administrative HR services
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately
Is self-motivated to complete required duties and has the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Has experience of using Microsoft Office Packages
Has willingness and ability to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training for the post
Is interested in developing a career in human resources management.
All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
