Help to shape the Future of Our Schools

We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking HR Manager to join our Trust and help create the best possible environment for our staff—and the pupils they inspire every day.

If you’re a confident HR professional who thrives on variety, values collaboration and enjoys delivering meaningful change, this is an opportunity to influence HR practice across multiple schools and be part of a team driving long-lasting impact.

As our HR Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the Trust’s HR strategy, working operationally and strategically across a broad range of people priorities. You’ll advise senior leaders, lead complex casework, and contribute to key projects that enhance the employee experience and strengthen school performance.

You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure our HR service is proactive, professional and aligned to our vision.

What You’ll Lead on:

          Employee Relations

              Resourcing & Workforce Planning

                  Probation, Leavers & Compliance

                      HR Policies & Reward

                          Wellbeing, Attendance & EDI

                              HR Systems & Payroll

                                  Learning, Talent & Leadership

                                      General Responsibilities

                                      What you'll bring:

Strong generalist HR experience, ideally across a multi-site or education setting

Confidence managing complex ER matters and organisational change

Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practice

Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills

A proactive mindset, with a passion for wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement
