The role:

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Reprographics & Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and reprographics support within the school two days per week. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative services and the efficient production and distribution of school documentation.

Working closely with the administrative team and supporting staff across the school, the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and a flexible approach to a varied workload.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the school in administration tasks including telephone queries and computer-based tasks;
  • Printing, scanning and laminating a range of documents as required by staff;
  • Supporting in other admin roles such as Reception Cover.
