Permanent
Full-Time, Term-Time Only - 37 hours per week, from 8am to 4pm (Monday - Thursday), Friday 8am - 3.30pm
Start date – as soon as possible
Salary: SCP 24 – 28 (£36,581 - £40,444 – Actual - £31,465 - £34,788)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated I-BASE Manager to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for every student within I-BASE, our Isolation Provision. The successful candidate will ensure that all students feel safe, valued, and respected, enabling them to re-engage with their learning and achieve their full potential.
The role
• Oversee the day-to-day running of I-BASE, which may be used as an alternative to suspension from school.
• Support students who are referred to the provision, with a focus on trauma-informed practice, behaviour modifications, and the development of positive relationships.
• Manage I-BASE, on a daily basis, including planning activities, preparing for the day ahead, and overseeing the effective use of the provision.
• Develop a culture of high expectations within I-BASE, and support students to improve their behaviour, engagement, and sense of belonging.
• Maintain accurate records and update the school information management system (Bromcom) with timely and accurate information relating to behaviour logs.
• Implement restorative approaches to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes for students.
• Attend Oasis Community Learning (OCL) professional development and training sessions as required.
• Demonstrate strong organisational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of the wider pastoral team.
