What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Level 3 IT Support Technician Qualification.
  • 5 A*-C (4+) in GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft OS.
  • Experience of supporting a variety of stakeholders in a demanding ICT environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with Apple education systems andiPad management (Desirable)
