Inclusion Administrator job summary

Start date: Tuesday 22nd April 2024

Hours: 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Part-time, Term time only, no inset days. Fixed term - 1 year.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Administrator to join our team at Edith Moorhouse Primary School. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the school's commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.

You will provide essential support to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in all matters relating to inclusion. This will involve liaising with parents, external agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure our pupils receive the highest quality support.

A proactive approach will be key to ensuring the school operates efficiently and effectively, while providing a first-class experience for all members of the school community. Strong communication between home and school will be central to the success of this role.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a supportive and exciting school environment. Ideally, you will have some experience working in an education setting with a focus on SEND. You will possess strong administrative skills, as well as excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will work collaboratively to uphold the school's values of Resilience, Wellbeing, and Aspiration.
