You must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively. Having the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is essential. We are looking for someone with a passion for working in education and working with young people, dedicated to building a strong relationship with all students. Our students thrive when working with colleagues who possess a good sense of humour and approachable personality, a good joke is always welcomed in the inclusion offices.
Needless to say you will possess excellent administrative skills, be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
