About the school
We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school in North West London.
Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs. We have a clear and strong vision of ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging setting where all pupils can reach their full potential.
The school is split across three sites in Brent: Manor School, Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise, the Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) is on Bridge Road in Neasden. From September 2026 we will open a third Site at Canterbury Road, Kilburn. We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistants at all 3 sites.
The successful applicant will be working in a provision supporting children with complex communication, behavior and sensory processing needs. Previous experience of SEND is therefore essential. Experience of a specialist setting is also highly desirable.

About the candidate:
We are looking for:
- Positive, energetic and creative teaching assistants with a love of teaching and learning;
- Applicants who have experience of supporting children with special needs;
- People who are able to work in partnership with their class teacher;
- Teaching assistants who have experience in positively managing behaviour;
Candidates with experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities.
