Oasis Academy Coulsdon

Nestled on the edge of Croydon and the stunning Happy Valley, Oasis Academy Coulsdon is an inclusive, family-oriented school that is committed to ensuring all of our students achieve excellence.

We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated individual to join our vibrant Inclusion department. As part of our close-knit, supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our diverse student community and play a key role in shaping student outcomes. This is a term time only, part time (three days per week) position.

Building upon our strong foundation, where a thoughtful and well-structured pastoral system is already in place, you will get to know your students personally, adapting and tailoring the provision to ensure each one makes meaningful progress academically and has outstanding wellbeing support in place. The team has already delivered outstanding support, and we are now focused on continuously improving our practices to provide even greater care for our students.

At Oasis Coulsdon, we are deeply committed to the professional development of our staff. As part of the Oasis Multi-Academy Trust, you will also have the chance to collaborate with other departments and explore qualification opportunities to further advance your career.

We are proud of the benefits that come with being part of the Oasis Coulsdon family. We encourage you to visit us before applying to experience our ethos and learn more about our exciting journey. Our benefits include:

  • A well-established curriculum and resources that help manage workload effectively.
  • A supportive, thriving local community and an oversubscribed school.
  • An on-site nursery with subsidised places for staff members.
