What skills and experience we're looking for

Candidates need to offer the following qualities:

  • Provide day-to-day direction, support and guidance
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary school setting
  • Skills to be able to deliver lessons to a small class of children
  • The ability to deliver key interventions to targeted children
  • To maintain confidentiality
  • To work with professionalism with children, staff and parents
  • HLTA Level 4 qualification is essential.
