What skills and experience we're looking for
Candidates need to offer the following qualities:
- Provide day-to-day direction, support and guidance
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary school setting
- Skills to be able to deliver lessons to a small class of children
- The ability to deliver key interventions to targeted children
- To maintain confidentiality
- To work with professionalism with children, staff and parents
- HLTA Level 4 qualification is essential.
