Inclusion Co-ordinator job summary
Hours of work 32.5 hours over 5 days
Term time + 1 week
Taverham High School is a successful and growing secondary school. We are looking for someone who has strong behaviour management skills to manage our Inclusion room for students who have been internally excluded or isolated for certain lessons. Someone who is able to maintain a silent and purposeful working environment.
We are looking for a hardworking and committed individual who:
- Is able to create, organise and take responsibility for a silent and focussed working environment
- Is able to assess the needs of students and use specialist skills to support learning and establish good behaviour for learning;
- can work independently and as part of a team;
- has a desire to constantly improve their own practice;
- builds good relationships with students, parents and staff;
- is positive and embraces change;
- is flexible and adaptable.
