The successful candidate will: 

  • have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour 
  • be an excellent Teacher with potential to develop further in the Trust 
  • lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues 
  • have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND 
  • support the Senior Trust Leader/Head of Inclusion Hubs in implementing the hub vision
