What skills and experience we're looking for

In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:

• Be an integral part of the SLT
• Lead on all aspects relating to inclusion with specific responsibility as SENDco and all that this important role involves
• Undertake the Senior Mental Health Lead role alongside Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
• Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Liaise and work alongside external agencies to enable the development of Inclusion
