What skills and experience we're looking for
In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:
- Be an integral part of the SLT
- Lead on all aspects relating to inclusion with specific responsibility as SENDco and all that this important role involves
- Undertake the Senior Mental Health Lead role alongside Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Liaise and work alongside external agencies to enable the development of Inclusion
