The Priory City of Lincoln Academy are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusion manager to join our team. The Academy’s dedicated Inclusion Manager works with a relational and restorative approach to support students to engage with staff and students in a respectful manner. They manage the Respectful Room intervention space, liaising with Heads of Year and Heads of Department to ensure the needs of the child are understood and gaps in learning are identified. The Inclusion Manager also plays a vital role in communication with parents and carers to best support the child.
