Inclusion Officer job summary

As an Inclusion Officer, you will assist in the delivery of intervention strategies to groups of students in order to support the achievement of target grades, assisting in decision making and using own initiative where appropriate, or following the direction of line management. You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of specialist support for individuals and groups with identified needs, including the production of learning resources.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of experience of working in an academy or educational establishment and prior experience of working with vulnerable students. Candidates will also be educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Level 2, have a Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and will be able to deal with variable work situations, analyse situations and plan appropriate interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
