What skills and experience we're looking for
QE is a school which prides itself on highly positive relationships between all members of the school community. Our recent Ofsted inspection highlighted that a calm and harmonious atmosphere is evident throughout the school and students are well supported through the warm, trusting relationships they have with staff.
You may have worked in a school environment in an inclusion or behaviour role and are looking to take on more responsibility to develop your skills and experience. If you have the emotional intelligence to apply QE's 'warm and strict' approach to developing strong relationships with students and families we would like to hear from you.
What the school offers its staff
You will work within our supportive multi-disciplinary inclusion team, if you are ambitious to develop your career, you will gain a wide range of experience and responsibilities and we will provide you with further training opportunities.
If you are able to meet the requirements of this role, we would love to hear from you.
