What skills and experience we're looking for

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Inclusion Supervisor to join our Trust. This is a new role created at Falmouth School. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Behaviour & Attitudes and will assist with the behaviour curriculum supporting mechanisms and communication systems.

The Inclusion Supervisor will join our highly professional team and oversee RESET, which is our restorative support area. The successful candidate will support the leadership team by actively supporting daily operations and communications. The appointed colleague will collaborate closely with the pastoral teams, teaching teams and support staff by disseminating the key information, and support the overall organisation. The Inclusion Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for staff in relation to the on-call support, attendance monitoring, triaging support and evaluating it as well.
