About the Role
As an Inclusion Team Administrative Officer, you will play a key part in supporting the wellbeing and progress of students with additional needs by delivering a high‑quality, efficient administrative service. Working closely with the SENCO, Administration Manager and wider Inclusion Team, you will coordinate key processes such as Learning Plans, Personal Education Plans, EHCP documentation and Annual Reviews, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and accurate records are maintained.
This is a varied and dynamic role that involves liaising with staff, parents, carers and external professionals, supporting the organisation of meetings, maintaining information systems, and contributing to the smooth running of the Inclusion Team and wider school. You will also support key administrative functions across the school, including reception cover, first aid, admissions processes and communication with stakeholders.
About YouYou will have strong administrative experience, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism. Confident using IT systems—including Microsoft Office and school‑based platforms—you will be able to create, maintain and interpret detailed records, produce high‑quality documentation and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
A team player with tact, diplomacy and a commitment to student welfare, you will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. You will also uphold the Trust’s values, safeguarding expectations and professional standards, with a commitment to equality, continuous improvement and providing an excellent service to the school community.
