Inclusion Worker (Grade 8) job summary

We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Worker to join our dedicated team at Ethos College.

You will be dedicated to supporting our young people who access personalised packages to reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
