We are seeking an exceptional Interim teacher, SENDCO to provide strategic leadership of SEN provision across our Basingstoke campus, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage SEN provision, ensuring outstanding progress for students.
- Drive inclusive practice and deliver the school’s SEN policy.
- Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and exam access arrangements.
- Manage and inspire a team of SEN teachers and support staff.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on SEN teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Champion safeguarding and work closely with external agencies.
