We are seeking an exceptional Interim teacher, SENDCO to provide strategic leadership of SEN provision across our Basingstoke campus, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage SEN provision, ensuring outstanding progress for students.
  • Drive inclusive practice and deliver the school’s SEN policy.
  • Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and exam access arrangements.
  • Manage and inspire a team of SEN teachers and support staff.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on SEN teaching quality and student outcomes.
  • Champion safeguarding and work closely with external agencies.
