“Forming Christ-centred pilgrims of hope, with kind hearts, questioning minds, a thirst for knowledge and a hunger for justice”
The Directors of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, together with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, are looking to appoint an ambitious and suitably qualified practising Catholic to cover the maternity leave of the substantive Vice Principal, at this wonderful child-centred school.
Actual roles and responsibilities will depend on the candidate. However, the successful candidate needs to be skilled in strong behaviour management to support behaviour and social and emotional needs, have a strong understanding of assessment, data and analysis of data and a strong understanding of the curriculum and the impact the curriculum has to support learning in order to be secondary ready. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a community of faith rooted in Gospel values and the local delivery of the Emmaus and Diocesan mission of “Forming Christ-centred pilgrims of hope, with kind hearts, questioning minds, a thirst for knowledge and a hunger for justice.”
This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of our Multi Academy Company at a time when we are preparing to become part of the larger St Michael the Archangel Catholic Multi Academy Trust in September 2027.
