Internal only: Site Manager job summary

We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager, willing to work flexibly to support the needs of the academy. The successful candidate will have:

• proven experience as a site manger, supervisor or similar role
• good working knowledge of management and maintenance of buildings, mechanical, electrical and other infrastructure systems
• up to date knowledge of statutory regulations and guidance relating to the post

You will be energetic and hands on, excited to lead a small, but productive team undertaking responsibiliity for the overall operational management and maintenance of the site including oversight of grounds, catering and cleaning services.
