(TA4 SCP19 – SCP 22 FTE £25481 - £27041)
37hrs per week, term time only plus 5 Inset days
pro rata salary: £21985.80 - £23331.84, Hourly rate £13.21 - £14.02

As part of our intervention team, the role will focus on providing support to students eligible for the pupil premium. This will involve running some one-to-one and small-group literacy and/or numeracy interventions as well as broader support with organisation and removing barriers to education some of our students may face. The successful applicant will be able to deliver literacy and/or numeracy lessons ranging from basic skills to GCSE level. 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 Inset days. 12 months’ temporary contract in the first instance with a view to permanent employment.

This post might suit a qualified teacher looking for a more focussed role working with a small group of students – or a suitably qualified TA looking to build their teaching expertise.
