Intervention Lead job summary

The purpose of the Intervention Lead role is to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate high-quality interventions, both 1:1 and in small groups, that improve outcomes for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring barriers to learning are reduced and pupils are supported to make progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
