What skills and experience we're looking for

Manor Croft Academy are looking to appoint five Teaching Assistants to join our academy in September 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. You may carry out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.

Salary: Grade D Points 6 to 8 (£25,989 to £26,824 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £16,851.18.

Hours: 28.5 hours per week / Term Time only (38 weeks)
