What skills and experience we're looking for
Core Purpose
To lead, coordinate and evaluate targeted intervention programmes that remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for vulnerable students, including those with SEND, disadvantaged pupils, pupils with attendance concerns and those at risk of disengagement, suspension or exclusion.
The Intervention Manager will work collaboratively with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and curriculum teams to ensure students receive timely, effective and evidence-informed support that enables them to achieve, belong and thrive.
