About the Role
As the SEND Intervention Lead, you will work closely with the SENDCO to coordinate, plan and deliver targeted interventions for students. - Plan and run individual and group sessions covering social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Use data to identify target students, complete routine marking and screening, and monitor the overall impact of support programmes.
- Maintain SEND support plans and databases, contribute to EHCP reviews, and assist with general admin, exam access arrangements, and routine audits.
- Provide feedback to parents and teachers, and support wider school activities such as break duties, homework clubs, and school trips.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and compassionate professional who is dedicated to helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience working closely with SEND students, preferably with knowledge and experience of working with students with SEMH needs
