What skills and experience we're looking for
As part of the Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining ICT equipment and applications across all Academies for all staff and students in the Trust as well as resolving support requests logged via the Helpdesk system. This is to ensure that customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands are met.It is essential that you have experience of working with key Trust software such as:
- Windows, Apple and mobile operating systems
- M365 applications
- Microsoft AD and group policy
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Backup solutions
- Anti-virus software
- Safeguarding applications
- Help Desk System
