What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory pre-employment checks.

Essential Experience

• Experience providing IT support in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft applications.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience in supporting Live AV, music, productions and events.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
