Junior Executive Assistant job summary
The Gateway Trust is seeking to appoint a Junior Executive Assistant. This role is based in Romsey (travel between locations across the Trust will be required).
This role is an integral part of the Central Services Team supporting the Executive Assistant to ensure the comprehensive and effective management of the day to day operations by providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO and COO.
The successful candidate will:
Have recent demonstrable experience in providing support including diary management
Be proficient with all MS Office packages
Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrate first class organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Have exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be Proactive, motivated and resilient
Work collaboratively with all members of the Trust community
Be enthusiastic about their own professional development
