Gee Cross Holy Trinity Church of England Primary is a caring school that puts the needs of the children at the heart of everything we do. We are a friendly, caring school where everyone enjoys learning. We are looking for a creative and inspirational teacher who will share this passion and will work as part of a team towards achieving the highest possible standards for all our pupils. We would like to appoint an outstanding teacher who is enthusiastic and forward-thinking to join our team from September 2026. A professional teacher, who has a thorough knowledge and experience of the national curriculum and would be willing to teach in a high quality, creative and stimulating way to challenge all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Will be committed to implementing the school’s aims and Christian ethos and be prepared to be actively involved as part of the wider school community
  • Be dedicated to providing the best possible learning experiences for our children
  • Will be able to provide evidence of teaching qualities judged consistently good or better
  • Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Has a thorough knowledge of the teaching of phonics
  • Will be able to work effectively in a supportive and forward-thinking team
  • Will build on the strengths of the school and plan and deliver exciting learning experiences for all pupils
  • Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum requirements
  • Has experience in leading a curriculum area
