The Role:

This role will suit an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who is passionate about providing high-quality education for young children. You will have strong subject knowledge, high expectations for all pupils, and the ability to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to work as part of a collaborative team, committed to continuous professional development, and keen to contribute to the wider life of the school. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils.
  • Promote strong progress in early reading, phonics, writing, and maths.
  • Use assessment to identify next steps and close gaps in learning.
  • Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and take part in professional development opportunities.
