What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for a talented Classroom Teacher who is keen to teach in KS1 and join our team at Co-op Academy Smithies Moor; someone who will deliver effective teaching and learning and raise attainment and progress through innovative first-wave teaching, tracking and intervention.

As a school, we offer huge support to our teaching colleagues whether you are just beginning your teaching journey or you are an experienced practitioner looking for a fresh challenge. Induction will be led by Senior Leadership for all teachers - and if you are an ECT, our experienced mentors will ensure you are supported and challenged effectively.
