Key Stage 1 (Year 1/2 ) Teacher (maternity cover) job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Crayke Church of England Primary School for a full time maternity cover position at our lovely school. We wish to appoint an exceptional teacher to join our committed team from 12 April 2021.
We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm, a sense of humour, excellent communication skills and the ability to teach in an exciting and engaging manner. We seek a teacher who will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of learning progress is achieved, through quality teaching and learning.

The school is located in breath-taking surroundings on the outskirts of Easingwold, which is easily accessible from the A19.

Crayke CE Primary School is situated in very rural surroundings on the outskirts of Easingwold, 12 miles north of the historic city of York, in easy access of the A19. Crayke is a small village set on a hill and the school enjoys spectacular views across the Vale of York.
We have four classrooms and a school hall. The children also enjoy the benefits of our extensive grounds including a large playing field, two playgrounds and an outdoor classroom, which features raised beds and a garden area.
