Key Stage 2 Teacher job summary

The Governors would like to appoint a highly motivated and committed teacher to work across Key Stage Two as part of our dedicated team. This post requires a dynamic, reflective practitioner with a proven track record of raising standards and a passion for fostering an inclusive, stimulating learning environment. If you are eager to make a significant impact on pupil outcomes and are dedicated to collaborative working, then I would encourage you to apply.

We are looking for a teacher who can demonstrate:

- Excellent teaching using a wide range of teaching methods to motivate, inspire and respond to the progress of their learners;

- A sound understanding of learning within Key Stage 2;

- A genuine passion for their work, belief that anything is possible and commitment to make a real difference to the lives of the pupils and wider school community;

- The ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team environment;

- High expectations for the attitudes and behaviour of everyone;

- The ability to reflect on their own practice, embracing change and striving for improvement.
