The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to teach key stage 2 curriculum
  • Be an excellent teacher who is able to deliver a high standard of education to all pupils
  • Be an innovative thinker and have the passion to engender excitement about the curriculum
  • Have a good understanding of inclusive teaching and learning strategies to facilitate learning of all pupils, and especially those with SEND
  • Have excellent classroom management strategies
  • Have the ability to inspire and motivate learners
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Meet teaching standards

About the role:

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons using a variety of approaches to enhance teaching and learning
  • The salary offered will be at main scale 1 to 6, depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate).
