27.5 hours Term Time + 1 week – (£10.78 to £10.98 per hour)
Magdalen Academy is a small, rural school which works alongside Wimbotsham and Stow Academy and St Germans Academy under the leadership one Headteacher. We have a well-established proactive staff team that are committed to the education of the whole child.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and dynamic SEND teaching assistant to work within our school. Your role will be to support all children but particularly those requiring SEND provision. The role includes supporting pupils to learn alongside their peers and action targets on their support plans/EHCPs; liaise with the SENCo on strategies to support and develop knowledge of SEND to support an ethos of inclusion across the school.
You will be someone who:
Has experience of working with children in a classroom setting (essential)
Has experience of working with children with SEND (essential)
Is passionate about working with children.
Is creative and can think on their feet.
Has excellent numeracy/literacy skills.
Works well as part of a team.
Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe in education.
