What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Littleover Community School for an exceptional Kitchen Assistant to join our experienced and highly motivated catering team. We are seeking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is able to use their own initiative but also able to work well as part of a team. The role will include assisting with the basic preparation of food, which may include some cooking, setting up the servery counters for lunch, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen and associated areas. The person appointed will need to be flexible, well organised, and professional, and have the ability to communicate with staff and students at all levels.
