What skills and experience we're looking for

The role of Kitchen Assistant – Apprentice will provide support to effectively manage the Kitchen at Nightingale Community Academy under the guidance of the Chef. You will support the Chef in all areas of running the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times. You should have a desire to transform school food for our students and the ability to support the kitchen team in adhering to school food standards.
