What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a Kitchen Assistant who will:

 Provide support in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages

 Prepare service areas and equipment in the service area for the efficient and effective delivery of meals and catering services.

 Clean catering areas and kitchen equipment to the required standards


You will have:

 A Level 2 Certificate of Food Hygiene

 Experience of catering  Knowledge of basic food preparations such as sandwiches, salads, etc.

 Knowledge of Natasha’s law

 Knowledge of allergy legislation

 The ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota, work rota, temperature control
