- Able to inspire, lead and motivate staff and pupils in order to enhance and influence the quality of teaching and learning and curriculum provision
- A team player, developing and maintaining positive and supportive relationships with children, staff, parents and governors.

We are proud to be part of the Lionheart Educational Trust and work very closely with our other trust primary schools; Riverside Primary, Hallam Fields Primary, Brocks Hill Primary and Broom Leys Primary.
