What skills and experience we're looking for

Downfield Primary offers an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic staff. Downfield is an established 2 form entry primary school in Cheshunt which was recently recognised by Ofsted as GOOD in all areas. The school’s rich diversity of pupils from different backgrounds has created a strong ethos of community where equality of opportunity and inclusion underpin our work. We are looking for a creative and energetic teacher who will take responsibility for a KS1 class and who has high expectations for all pupils and SEND. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a desire to support us in continuing to provide excellent provision for our pupils. There is an opportunity for subject leadership. A strong commitment to raising standards is essential
