KS1 Teacher - Maternity Cover job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, full-time Year One teacher to join our team to cover maternity.

Ideally you will:

• Have experience of delivering RWI phonics and maths mastery in KS1
• Have a good understanding of how to motivate children to become effective learners, creating a supporting environment for them to flourish
• Have high expectations of yourself and others
• Be creative and have a willingness to offer new ideas
• Be committed to engaging in the whole life of our school
• Be hard working, flexible and a good communicator – especially with parents and carers
• Keen to be part of a team, prepared to constantly review your practice and always be striving for excellence
