We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic Teacher to join our lovely school, to provide an irresistible invitation to learn. We need a practitioner who is skilful in designing and organising differentiated learning:

• Do you appreciate and celebrate learning wherever it takes place?
• Can you motivate a child who finds social interaction a challenge?
• Can you always calmly respond to a child’s needs?
• Can you celebrate all learning – the small, but huge steps of progress?
• Are you ready to take a risk and believe in a child?

You will need to have an excellent understanding of child development and experience of teaching pupils with SEN. You will need to be a willing and inquisitive learner yourself and have the ability to work as a team within your own class and within the Silverwood School community. The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role within the curriculum team.
